Writing the Journey

This workshop emphasizes the importance of writing and reflection to improve stress management skills, tell an individual’s story, and create mindfulness. Utilizing the eighteen Journal to the Self™ methodologies, participants will write their health/wellness/life journey. These techniques alternate between right-brain and left-brain activities and emphasize all sensory input and integration fields. Eight classes, 1.5 hours each, beginning on October 13, 2022.  Led by Karen Fatica Geiger, MA/CCC-SLP
